Dogskool’s online “Feisty Fidos Reactive Dog course” offers you the chance to resolve your issues, training your dog in the comfort of your own home, garden and outdoors. In dealing with a reactive dog, our focus in on changing, not only the dog’s behaviour, but also their emotional response to other dogs. We will work through techniques based on modern, canine behavioural science to solve your reactivity issues. The course is easy to follow. You won’t need to take hours out of your day for training, you can train your dog as part of your normal daily interactions.
The course is made up of 7 lessons. Each lesson includes reading and video tutorials to make your learning as effective as possible. There are interactive pages to complete and trackers to help you evaluate your progress as well as FREE bonus content. My name is Sarah and I’m the owner of Dogskool. I am a qualified Dog Trainer and Canine Behaviourist, with many years experience of working with dogs of all shapes and sizes! I am, what they call nowadays, a “positive” dog trainer. That is, I like to find ways to reward a dog for something I want him to do, rather than punish him for something he probably hasn’t been taught how to do properly in the first place! I have a University degree, an Advanced Diploma in Canine Psychology and I am a Gold standard Approved Instructor with the Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour. I am also a member National Register of Dog Trainers and Behaviourists and the Pet Professional Guild. I am a Kennel Club examiner for the Good Citizen Dog Scheme. I also hold the Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University which enables to work as a dog behaviourist for the Courts, assessing dogs and giving evidence in criminal and civil dog related cases.
“Feisty Fidos online training, pull the other one! We signed up to Feisty Fidos when it was a physical dog training class, as our dog, Boss is nuts around other dogs. Quarantine had other plans!
